The village Trapeza 'is found on a trapezoid-shaped ledge above the Koulious stream'. It is a typical settlement with impressive dry-stone buildings. Limited farming and technical expertise was the basis of their economy since the brutal decay of the recent years (Papaioannou 2008: 169).
